Please be advised that Pinnacle Fund Services Limited (Responsible Entity) has transitioned fund administration and unit registry services for the Solaris Australian Equity Fund (Total Return) and Solaris Core Australian Equity Fund from Apex Fund Services Pty Ltd (‘Apex’) to Citigroup Pty Limited (Citi), effective 1 September 2025.
The change is administrative only and has had no impact on the investment strategies of Solaris’ funds.
Account number
As a result of the transition, you have been issued with a new account number effective 1 September 2025.
This new account number has replaced the previous account number. Please note that your new account number is different to your online Investor Portal user ID.

Ensuring there are no delays to your requests
Any instruction documentation – including new applications and redemptions – received by Apex after cut-off times on Friday 29 Aug 2025 have been forwarded to Citi for a period of two weeks, which may have resulted in some delays in processing.
To avoid any delays, please ensure you pay applications monies into Citi’s Application Bank Account (as noted in the above table) from Monday 1 September 2025.
Updated Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Investor Forms
An updated PDS and investor forms reflecting these new details is available at solariswealth.com.au from Monday 1 September 2025.
For existing Investors only – Investor Portal:
If you are an existing Pinnacle online portal client, continue using your existing user ID and password.
For new Investors only – Investor Portal:
You are now able to manage your investment via Citi’s secure and easy online Investor Portal. The Investor Portal enables you to:
- • submit trade instructions;
- • update your unitholder details;
- • view performance, unit balances, and transaction history; and
- • access your investor statements
If you are a new user, once Citi registers your details, you will have received two emails, which contain:
- • Email 1: Your user ID.
- • Email 2: Your password reset link.
Every time you log into the Investor Portal, an eight-digit PIN will be generated and sent to your mobile number to grant you access.
Please ensure you have your mobile phone with you to enter the PIN when prompted.
